The letters in SHOUT stand for: Stay Healthy - Oppose Using Tobacco. SHOUT is a nonprofit peer education program focused on educating young people in Boulder County, Colorado about tobacco and other drugs.

This is the new home for our website. This is a continual "work in progress" and your participation is welcome. We plan to provide information on upcoming events, as well as updated information about resources, links, informative articles, and lots more.

If So, It's Time to Celebrate Your Good Decision!!

SHOUT rewards young people for staying tobacco free

SHOUT gives youth living in Boulder County the opportunity to sign a pledge agreeing not to use tobacco products in any form.

Youth who sign the pledge receive a plastic SHOUT card that gives them discounts at participating businesses throughout Boulder County. In addition, SHOUT members receive newsletters packed with information such as an up-to-date list of businesses and tobacco related articles with a youth and family focus.

It's as Easy As:
  1. Take the Pledge
  2. Get the Card
  3. SHOUT about the incentives!!
